Payment for our services is due at the time of your visit.
This includes your co-payment
and payment to meet your insurance deductible. We will work
closely with your insurance
company to ensure you get full and appropriate coverage and
will file your insurance for
you at no cost. For this convenience, we ask that you provide
us with insurance updates
during each visit. The balance of your fees that are not covered
by your insurance will be
your responsibility to us. We
accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express.
We also
accept Medicare assignment. Please remember that you are responsible
by law for the 20 percent difference between the Medicare
allowable and the Medicare reimbursement.
